Blue screen problem igdpmd64.sys module for Intel Graphics Accelerator Driver for Windows

I have a laptop HP dv7 with windows 7 64 bits. I use an external monitor desktop mode expadido. On several occasions I presented a blue screen error like the one mentioned in other forums, take photo and technical information on the 3 events that occurred in the blue screen, I get the following STOP codes:

Case 3 *** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x0000000000019E3E, 0×0000000000000002, 0×000000000000000, 0xFFFFF8800F454770)

Finally today I went this blue screen different from the others that said:
Case 4 STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of
C0000006 (0x77949c12 0x00a344c0).
The System has been shut down.
 Download a program called WhoCrashed recommended in a forum to see what the problem is and after analyzing the dump file I get is the possible error is a product Intel Graphics Accelerator for Windows (Intel Graphics Accelerator Driver for Windows ) module specifically igdpmd64.sys.
